The Silo and Hunt Hill Farm will host a Community Conversation Monday, July 28, at the Richmond Senior Center, New Milford, to solicit input and feedback from area residents, neighbors, members of the business and cultural communities, government officials, and other area non-profits.  The event will be held at The Richmond Senior Center, 40 Main Street, New Milford.

The Community Conversation will support the Board of Directors of Hunt Hill Farm, which is embarking on a strategic plan update for The Silo and Hunt Hill Farm.  An important part of its planning process is to collect feedback from all members of the community and harness the collective power of collaboration.

A Woman and her Passion in the Gallery Thru August 3

image

Ruth Henderson was the founder of the Silo and Hunt Hill Farm.  She died peacefully at her beloved home in New Milford, CT on Feb. 25, 2014 at the age of 84.

We invite you to celebrate Ruth’s life, its many paths, friendships and traditions as she shared her love and her passion for life. Through pictures and memorabilia we trace her life from Plauen, Germany, to her fashion modeling career in the 1950’s, to her marriage to Skitch Henderson, her family life, the New York Pops, The Silo and more.

Donations in Ruth’s memory may be made to:
